We are excited to welcome Ben Everly from the University of Sussex Business School to speak about his recent paper around how LGBT+ Supportive HR Practices are related to Disclosure, Authenticity, and Well-being. The present research investigates the value of both disclosure and authenticity at work in understanding why perceptions of LGBT supportive practices facilitate the life satisfaction of LGBT employees.
