We are excited to welcome Professor Kath Browne from University College Dublin to launch LGBT+ History Month in the Business School. In this paper, Kath wants to briefly introduce some key aspects of her work that addresses LGBTIQ+ equalities from an LGBTIQ+ perspective but also from those opposed to or concerned legislative and social changes, including same sex marriage, abortion and trans rights.
